Karlín. Originally an independent municipality established 200 years ago. It quickly became an industry heart of modern Prague. This was the place where famous Czech inventor František Křižík built his trolley track. Many new business projects begin on this place nowadays. ABOUT SKANSKA

Skanska Property Czech Republic, a subsidiary of Skanska Commercial Development Europe, specializes in commercial property development. The company manages all the projects from the initial concept through their construction, leasing all the way to the sale to the investor in the final phase. When designing and constructing, Skanska focuses on energy saving solutions and reduction of carbon emissions, water management and waste minimization. RIVERVIEW

RIVERVIEW

Riverview is located on the bank of the Vltava River in the commercial neighbourhood of Prague 5 – Smíchov. The seven-floor building was completed in December 2014 and sold to Invesco Real Estate in October of the same year. In May 2015, the Riverview building, featuring approximately 7000 m² of leasable floor space, obtained LEED Gold certification. Its green solutions increase the comfort of the work environment while minimizing operating costs, especially thanks to reduced water and energy consumption. The Riverview project was the first in the Czech Republic to use BIM technology during both the design and construction phases. The building’s main tenant is MSD, a pharmaceutical company that has located its Global Innovation Centre here.

FIVE

Five is an office project that grew up in one of the most sought-after business locations in Smíchov, Prague. At Five, history meets the future. It was built on the site of a former tram depot, which left only a historic wall that was renovated and a new and innovative office building built over it. In addition to its excellent location and accessibility, Five offers its tenants a healthy working environment and technologies that contribute to sustainable development, supported by LEED certification of the highest Platinum level. The building also offers breathtaking views of the river, Vysehrad and Prague Castle. An anchor tenant is the MSD pharmaceutical company, which is complemented by Roche Diagnostics, the EBM Group, the U1 and the Sodexo restaurant.

CORSO COURT

Corso Court is a new, ultra-modern office building located in Prague’s Karlín neighbourhood, designed by world-famous architect Ricardo Bofill. Aside from a spacious and impressive atrium, the project also has a lovely garden that can be used for both work and relaxation. The garden features numerous practical elements such as Wi-Fi, charging outlets for phones, or chess and ping-pong tables. The large auditorium can be used to host concerts, company meetings, or Christmas markets. Corso Court is LEED Platinum certified, and thus provides a healthy and inspiring work environment for its tenants. The building’s tenants are Skanska Property s.r.o. and Expedia.
